Artwork production and installation in Barcelona

Constraints on development within the Catalan urban fabric
The integration of structures within the Barcelona metropolitan area requires careful management of the specific features of the Cerdà plan and the seafront. The layout of the streets in the Eixample district and the density of the Gothic Quarter require meticulous logistical planning to ensure safe installation at art project.
Urban logistics and access management in coastal areas:
Access to the city center is strictly regulated by the low-emission zone (LEZ). Our teams coordinate the obtaining of crane permits from Barcelona City Council, adapting convoys to the dimensions of the city's typical chamfers. We anticipate the specific lifting constraints of port areas by incorporating the necessary calculation notes to ensure that our operations have no impact onthe existingpublic space.

Mastery of manufacturing in France and export flows to the Mediterranean
Centralizing production at our French facility ensures consistent quality and high precision in assembly.
Structural validation and pre-assembly in the workshop:
The use of our 10-ton overhead crane allows us to carry out a full dry run assembly of each project before it is shipped to Catalonia. This technical step validates the mechanical interfaces and static stability of the entire assembly. Once quality control has been carried out, the components are transported by specialist carriers, experienced in cross-border transport, ensuring the integrity of the components all the way to the port of Barcelona or the assembly site.

Materials engineering in the marine environment
Barcelona's Mediterranean climate, characterized by high salinity and windy spells (Tramontane), dictates strict technical choices to ensure the durability of structures.
Corrosion protection and resistance to prevailing winds:
Our design office favors the useof stainless steel (type 316L) and high salt resistance surface treatments to counter atmospheric oxidation. We also incorporate wind resistance calculations to ensure the stability of structures exposed to coastal conditions. This precision engineering ensures optimal durability of materials, whether installed indoors in institutional settings or outdoors in coastal environments.
