To ensure safe deployment in Dubai, we systematically carry out a full dry run assembly of each work of art under our 10-ton (22,000 lbs) overhead crane. This critical phase allows us to validate the adjustment tolerances and structural stability of metal or composite components. Once verified, shipping is organized via specialized sea or air convoys, including technical packaging designed to protect the artworks from temperature variations during transit.
Technical Engineering and Material Durability in the UAE Desert

UV resistance and protection against salt corrosion:
We select high-performance alloys and specific surface treatments to ensure the durability of the artwork. The engineering includes thermal expansion calculations for structures exposed to extreme temperature fluctuations, as well as the application of UV-resistant varnish and coatings resistant to abrasive sand. This expertise ensures that the artworks retain their aesthetic and structural integrity, whether installed by the sea or in the heart of the desert.
