Manufacture and installation of works of art in Rome

Our technical expertise has been forged since 1999 through the completion of complex international projects. The 2,000 m² art project workshop in France brings together engineering and the manufacture of works of art within a controlled industrial ecosystem. Equipped with a 10-ton overhead crane, we manage the entire production cycle—from design to multi-material finishing (metal, composites, technical glass)—through to logistics and on-site installation.

Global achievements

Stability constraints on protected archaeological sites

Structural construction in Rome requires in-depth knowledge of the subsoil. The density of ancient heritage imposes major restrictions on anchoring and soil punching, particularly in the historic center.

Calculation of cost allocation and ZTL access:

The deployment of heavy parts on typical cobblestones (San Pietrini) requires rigorous load studies to preserve underground cavities. We coordinate the obtaining of crane permits in restricted traffic zones (ZTL) and adapt lifting equipment to the narrowness of Roman streets to ensure safe installation without impacting existing infrastructure.

Centralized production in France and export flow management

Each technical component is manufactured at our French production facility, ensuring rigorous industrial execution prior to transfer. This model allows each technical interface to be validated prior to delivery.

Validation by dry assembly under a 10-ton bridge:

In order to ensure the final assembly in Rome is secure, we systematically carry out a full trial assembly of each structure in our workshop. This technical step allows us to validate the adjustment tolerances between the different materials and guarantee mechanical stability. Transport is then carried out by specialized convoys, configured to protect the integrity of the finishes during international transit.

Materials engineering in the Mediterranean climate

The art project design office incorporates Roman climate parameters, characterized by intense sunshine and episodes of extreme heat, right from the structural design phase.

Control of expansion and color stability:

Our engineers calculate the functional clearances required for metal frames and composites subjected to high temperature gradients. We apply surface treatments and technical varnishes with high UV resistance to prevent surface degradation. This approach guarantees the structural durability of projects, whether they are installed in palace courtyards or exposed public squares.
