Manufacture and installation of artworks in Santiago

Transforming complex artistic concepts into physical realities requires a robust industrial infrastructure. Our 2,000 m² workshop in France combines engineering and multi-material manufacturing (metal, wood, technical glass, blown neon, composites). With a 10-ton overhead crane and over 25 years of experience, we offer complete control of the industrial cycle, from initial structural design to export logistics and final installation.

Challenges of establishing a presence in the Andean region

The installation of monumental structures in Santiago requires strict compliance with Chilean earthquake resistance standards, which are among the most stringent in the world. The capital's geographical location at the foot of the Cordillera mountain range requires a detailed analysis of soil stability and the mechanical strength of anchors.

On-site operation by the art project teams:

Assembly and technical supervision are provided by art project teams, who work on site from France. This presence allows us to coordinate crane permits in densely populated areas such as Providencia or Las Condes, ensuring the safe installation of your artworks. Our technicians manage the final adjustment of structures to meet local safety requirements, ensuring seamless integration into the urban environment.

French manufacturing and securing the logistics flow to Chile

Each stage of the artwork manufacturing process is centralized in our French production unit, ensuring consistent quality control before transfer to South America. This offshoring production model secures complex assemblies before any international shipment.

Validation by dry assembly under a 10-ton bridge:

In order to prevent any unforeseen issues during installation in Santiago, we systematically carry out a full dry run assembly of each unit in our 2,000 m² workshop. Our 10-ton overhead crane allows us to test interface tolerance and structural stability. This protocol ensures that components leave France ready for rapid final assembly after rigorously monitored sea and land transport.

Resilience of materials to UV rays and temperature variations

The art project design office incorporates Santiago's environmental parameters, including intense solar radiation due to altitude and temperature variations between day and night.

Thermal protection and stability of technical coatings:

The durability of the pieces is ensured by a selection of high-performance alloys and surface treatments. We apply UV-resistant varnishes and technical finishes designed to withstand urban smog and Andean temperature gradients. This expertise ensures that your works of art retain their structural and aesthetic integrity, whether they are exhibited in cultural centers or in public spaces in the Chilean capital.
