Each stage of the artwork manufacturing process is centralized in our French production unit, ensuring consistent quality control before transfer to South America. This offshoring production model secures complex assemblies before any international shipment.
Validation by dry assembly under a 10-ton bridge:
In order to prevent any unforeseen issues during installation in Santiago, we systematically carry out a full dry run assembly of each unit in our 2,000 m² workshop. Our 10-ton overhead crane allows us to test interface tolerance and structural stability. This protocol ensures that components leave France ready for rapid final assembly after rigorously monitored sea and land transport.
Resilience of materials to UV rays and temperature variations
The art project design office incorporates Santiago's environmental parameters, including intense solar radiation due to altitude and temperature variations between day and night.

We apply UV-resistant varnishes and technical finishes designed to withstand urban smog and Andean temperature gradients.
