Origin of the workshop and artistic vocation

Founded in 2000, art project is an independent workshop based in France near Lyon, specializing in the manufacture and production of custom artworks.
Since its creation, Art Project's mission has been to support artists, designers, and architects in the technical realization of unique works, from concept to installation.

Distinction: Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters

The founder of Art Project, Patrick Ferragne, was appointed Knight of the Order of Arts and Letters, a French honorary distinction from the Ministry of Culture, in recognition of his sustained commitment to artists and his active role in the landscape of French and international contemporary creation.

Each artwork fabricated at art project is the result of a constant dialogue with the artist. We provide our technical experience, adaptability, and attention to detail, while respecting aesthetic and conceptual intentions.

A comprehensive workshop for the manufacture and production of custom artworks

art project has a production workshop of over 2000m², organized into several technical divisions :

Each space allows for a bespoke approach, adapted to the requirements of contemporary works, whether ephemeral or permanent.
