Art Fabrication: Multi-Disciplinary Prototyping
Art Fabrication: Prototyping for Art, Design, and Architecture
For over 25 years, art project has acted as a premier art fabricator and applied engineering laboratory for the most ambitious creators. From our 21,500 sq ft (2,000 m2) facility, we resolve complex technical uncertainties for monumental art, high-end design, and architectural mock-ups, ensuring structural viability before full-scale production.
Achievements
Workshop Prototyping: Full-Scale 1:1 Mock-up Validation
Within our 2,000 m² facility, we produce partial or full-scale prototypes (mock-ups) to validate every detail before final implementation at art project.
Custom Art Fabrication: Prototyping for Design and Architecture
We manufacture custom-made elementsfor works of art, design structures, and architectural components to enable the validation of volumes and assembly methods in real-life situations.
Material Research: Finish Samples for Architecture and Design
Our workshops carry out mirror polishing tests, metal surface treatments, and technical adhesive applications to achieve the exact visual effect desired by the designer.
Handling of large components:
The use of our 10-ton overhead crane allows us to test the handling and lifting of large-scale design or architectural components, minimizing any future operational risks.

Multi-Disciplinary Engineering: Feasibility and Structural Analysis
Every non-standard project begins with a rigorous feasibility study conducted by our in-house design office. This stage allows us to compare the plastic, ergonomic, and architectural requirements with the mechanical and regulatory realities at art project.
Advanced Art Engineering: 3D Modeling and Architectural Simulations
We use digital design to simulate structural interactions and validate the stability of monumental structures or complex design components.
Technical Design: High-Precision Interfaces for Art and Architecture
We study the critical contact points between different materials such as metal, technical glass, marble, and composites to ensure aesthetics and durability.
Compliance studies and structural calculations:
We anticipate engineering requirements for components subject to climatic stresses or intensive use, in collaboration with our specialist engineering partners.

Global Deployment: Logistics for Complex Structural Projects
Prototyping also includes studying global deployment constraints, ensuring that creations can be transported and installed without compromising their quality at art project.
Custom design of export crates (ISPM 15):
From the prototype stage onwards, we develop optimized packaging solutions for international air and sea freight.
Study of in situ assembly protocols:
We define anchoring and lifting methods for our mobile teams, ensuring quick and accurate installation at the final location, anywhere in the world.
Industrial Rigor: Preserving Artistic and Architectural Integrity
Our expertise, acquired since 1999, ensures that the technical solutions identified strictly adhere to the integrity of the initial vision, whether artistic, architectural, or design-related.
