Mirror and Composite Panels
Art Fabrication: Production of Reflective Surfaces, Technical Films, and Composite Panels
Since 1999, art project has specialized in high-end art fabrication for reflective surfaces and technical cladding. Working with demanding materials like mirror-polished stainless steel and Alucobond requires absolute precision for distortion-free reflection. From our 21,500 sq ft (2,000 m2) production facility, equipped with a 10-ton crane, we manufacture monumental works and complex cladding for international artists and galleries.
Creations made in our workshops
High-Precision Art Fabrication: Mirror and Composite Finishes
Working with reflective surfaces does not tolerate any visual imperfections. Within our industrial infrastructure, we apply rigorous transformation processes to preserve the integrity of precious finishes and composite materials.
Precision Machining: Mirror-Polished stainless steel and Alucobond
Thanks to our digital cutting technologies, we shape metals and composite panels with millimeter precision, guaranteeing perfect edges and flawless assemblies.
Technical Film Application: Dust-Free Vinyl and Graphic Installation
Our technicians are experts in applying visual adhesive coverings, a critical step that requires absolute cleanliness to avoid any defects or bubbles under the graphic elements, ensuring the visual integrity of the surface.
Monumental Handling: Safe Lifting Reflective Surfaces
The use of our 10-ton overhead crane allows us to assemble and handle very large technical cladding structures without risk of scratching or damaging the mirror surfaces.

Global Art Logistics: Installation of Fragile Mirrored Works
The export of fragile mirrored works or technical installations poses a major operational challenge. Since 1999, art project has been coordinating global deployments, ensuring maximum protection of surfaces until final delivery on site.
International Logistics: Custom Export Crating (ISPM 15)
We design crates that comply with the ISPM15 standard with specific cushioning systems to prevent direct contact with fragile surfaces, ensuring safe transport to international trade fairs or public procurement sites.
Worldwide Installation: On-site Assembly and Protective Film Removal
Our teams travel all over the world to install these complex structures, managing the final adjustment of the panels and the removal of surface protections for optimal visual impact during the opening.
As-Built Documentation: Maintenance and Preservation Protocols
We provide a Completed Works File (DOE) including cleaning and maintenance protocols specific to composite panels and stainless steel surfaces, ensuring the preservation of the work over time.
As a global technical partner, art project provides artists and institutions with the assurance of flawless art fabrication from France to the most demanding international destinations.

Art Engineering: Surface Analysis and Visual Design
The success of a mirrored work or composite panel cladding lies in invisible and precise technical preparation. Our in-house design office analyzes the mechanical properties of each substrate to transform an artistic vision into a durable and secure structure.
Reflection Analysis: Technical Prototyping and Light Study
We produce prototypes to validate the behavior of light on polymirror stainless steel, ensuring artists and production agencies that the visual effect will be exactly as expected before manufacturing begins.
Structural Engineering: Rigidity and Frameworks for Composite Panels
We design the internal frames needed to keep composite panels (such as Alucobond or Dibond) rigid, preventing any thermal deformation on large surfaces.
Scenographic Finishes: Technical Vinyl and Graphic Integration
We incorporate the application of technical adhesives to create patterns, textures, or signage elements on surfaces, providing a perfect aesthetic finish for scenography and design works.
